The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Lemonfrog AG and the consumers, using the Internet service of Lemonfrog AG as registered users or companies (hereinafter referred to as “members“).

Conclusion of contract

The active access to using the services requires a registration which is free of charge.

With the registration the member acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions and a contractual relationship with Lemonfrog AG and the registered member will be established.

Furthermore the member agrees with the legal conditions of Lemonfrog AG.

Scope of services

On the website there are informations and resources regarding important legal issues, such as employment relationship, insurances and pension fund, provided for the members.

All members get access to an employment assistant with a step-by-step instruction for the employment. There are further various resources and checklists at their disposal.

Termination, Deactivation

A deactivation of the profile is possible at any time.

Liability of Lemonfrog AG

Lemonfrog AG will not become a contractual partner nor arbitrator should a collaboration or a work contract be formed. Members both relinquish and waive any and all claims and demands towards Lemonfrog AG. In particular, Lemonfrog AG accepts no responsibility for damages or disputes arising from contacts members and their employees or service-providers.

Where and when applicable, the members are responsible to procure legal residence-permits and work-permits. Members have to insure the employees or service-providers in compliance with the law, respectively to point out that an insurance might be necessary.

Lemonfrog AG has taken every care to ensure that at the time of the online-publishing, all contents on their platforms are correct. However Lemonfrog AG cannot guarantee the completeness, the quality of the content and the reliability of the data.

Duties of the member

All members commit to giving correct details. Lemonfrog AG does not accept any responsibilities whatsoever with respect to information received from members, and therefore does not accept liability therefrom nor any form of liability resulting from consequences in connection with information received. Furthermore, Lemonfrog AG has the right to irreversibly delete and/or to block profiles and emails without any notice, should such information be deemed false, suspect or inappropriate. Fees that have been paid are not refunded.

Insurance intermediation

The employment assistant recommends insurances to the user which are useful for correct employment.

In this respect, Lemonfrog AG is a tied insurance intermediary and has cooperation agreements with the following insurance companies:

Lemonfrog AG cooperates with the aforementioned companies in all areas of insurance depending on the requirements of the user. Lemonfrog AG is compensated by the insurers with business commissions which are usual in the market.

Lemonfrog AG works according to the services agreed in the intermediary mandate. The respective company mentioned above is liable for errors, negligence or incorrect information in connection with the intermediation activities.

Personal data is only recorded to the extent that it is required for the scope of the services agreed in the intermediary mandate. Lemonfrog AG undertakes all necessary precautions to comply with the relevant legal requirements of data protection. The data will be kept strictly confidential. Personal data is kept in electronic form. Any information provided by the user is passed on to the insurance partner only with the explicit consent of the user.

Changement/Addition of Terms and Conditions

Lemonfrog AG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions any time without prior notice and informs their members in an appropriate way.

Place of jurisdiction, applicable law

Swiss law is applicable on the relationship between the member and Lemonfrog AG. Jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland, the seat of Lemonfrog AG.
